My professional journey spans leadership roles in major oil refineries and pioneering companies in renewable energy, equipping me with a broad and deep understanding of the energy landscape.Currently, I lead Energia Group and BH Grids, where we are at the forefront of the green energy revolution, developing sustainable energy Micro-grid and other EMS solutions and driving innovation in the renewable sector. Previously, as the CEO of Gadiv Petrochemical Industries and Haifa Basic Oils, I managed large-scale operations, significantly contributing to their international success. My tenure at Bazan Oil Refineries, Israel’s largest refinery, further enriched my expertise in managing complex business units, international trade, and substantial financial projects.My leadership style emphasizes vision, strategic thinking, and empathetic management, ensuring not only business growth but also the development and motivation of my teams.
